I won't lie to you kids, I'm pretty nervous. It is at times like this I am reminded of a book by Amanda Palmer, The Art of Asking. Honestly, that book has some of the best advice for someone who is becoming an artist. The biggest takeaway is that IT IS OKAY TO ASK FOR HELP. One of the biggest problems artist faces is asking for help.
Like most things making a book costs a ton of money, paying editors and artists, as well as the countless hours it takes to write a book. I am so happy that I get to do this as a job and up until this point I have been paying out of my pocket which just isn't doable at the moment. This is where you come in.
